Huat888 is more than an online betting platform. We are a community built on trust, transparency and a genuine passion for delivering the best gaming experience to Malaysian players — from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, from Johor Bahru to Penang.
From a small idea to a platform trusted by hundreds of thousands of Malaysians.
Huat888 was founded in 2018 with a straightforward goal: to build an online casino platform truly designed for Malaysian players — not simply copy an overseas model and hope it would fit local needs. Our founders understood that Malaysian players have their own tastes, preferences and playing styles, and that every aspect of the platform should reflect that.
From day one, huat888 chose to prioritise three things: security, fairness and fun. 256-bit SSL encryption was implemented before the platform went live, not after. The random number generator (RNG) for all slots and table games is certified by independent third-party testers. And the user interface was built in Bahasa Malaysia from the ground up — not translated as an afterthought.
Today, huat888 has grown into one of Malaysia's most widely used online casino platforms, with over 500,000 registered members from Peninsular Malaysia to Sabah and Sarawak. But even as our scale has grown, our original mission remains unchanged: to provide every Malaysian player who trusts huat888 with a gaming experience that is safe, fair and genuinely enjoyable.
Six key reasons that set huat888 apart from every other platform in the Malaysian market.
Four principles that guide every decision we make as a company.
Written for Malaysian players | Updated 2026
If you have played on a few Malaysian online casino platforms before, you have probably encountered some frustrating moments — sluggish systems, unresponsive customer support, unclear bonus terms or local payment methods that simply are not supported. Those are the exact problems that huat888 when it first launched in 2018. Seven years on, we can say with confidence that we've built something genuinely different.
What makes huat888 unique goes beyond the number of games or the size of the welcome bonus. It's about how this platform thinks of Malaysian players as its primary users. When we decided to support Touch 'n Go eWallet as a deposit method, that decision was made because we know how widely Malaysians use TNG in their everyday lives. When we decided to offer full customer support in Bahasa Melayu, it meant players would never have to struggle with technical jargon in another language whenever they need help.
Huat888's game library is among the most extensive in Malaysia's online casino industry. Over 1,000 slot titles from the world's leading providers are available, with new games added every week. huat888's live casino features baccarat, blackjack, roulette and dragon tiger tables with real dealers on duty around the clock — so you can play at midnight or in the early hours, entirely on your own schedule.
For Malaysian sports fans, huat888's Sports Betting section offers truly comprehensive coverage. Liga Super Malaysia is our priority — every match from the opening round to the final is available with a full range of markets. The English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A and the Champions League are also available for players who follow international football. Badminton receives special attention at huat888, as we understand the pride Malaysians have in their national team across BWF tournaments and the Thomas Cup.
E-sports is another area where huat888 delivers an experience that is genuinely relevant to local players. MPL Malaysia (Mobile Legends Professional League) is the most followed e-sports league in the country, and huat888 provides a full market for every MPL match with competitive odds. Beyond Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, Valorant, CS2 and League of Legends are also available with live match betting updated every minute.
The security of players' data and funds is something we take with the utmost seriousness. All financial transactions on huat888 are processed through channels encrypted with 256-bit SSL technology — the same standard used by Malaysia's leading banks. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all accounts, and we strongly recommend every member enable it as an added layer of protection.
Beyond technical security, huat888 is equally committed to players' financial wellbeing through a comprehensive responsible gaming programme. Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits directly from their account settings. Options to take a temporary break or self-exclude entirely are also available for anyone who feels they need time away from play. For huat888, these are not just add-on features — they are central to who we are as a responsible platform.
Huat888's customer support team operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with all agents fluent in Bahasa Melayu. You can reach us via Live Chat in the platform or app, WhatsApp, or email at support@huat888.best. For Platinum VIP members and above, a dedicated personal account manager is available directly via WhatsApp to ensure every need is handled promptly.
We know your time is valuable, especially when a match is live or a bet needs to be settled. That's why we keep our Live Chat response time under 2 minutes during peak hours, and under 30 seconds during off-peak hours. Every query is logged and monitored to ensure it is fully resolved — not simply closed without a satisfactory outcome.
Huat888 continues to invest in platform expansion to meet the growing needs of Malaysian players. In the near term, we plan to extend our live casino coverage with the addition of higher-limit tables for VIP members. An advanced analytics system to help Sports Betting players make more informed decisions is also in development. We are additionally planning to integrate new payment methods that are gaining popularity among younger Malaysian users.
Above all, huat888 will continue listening to player feedback. Many of the platform's best features today — from live match Cash Out to more flexible account limit settings — came directly from suggestions made by our players. You are our partners in building a better platform, and every piece of feedback you share is genuinely valued.
